Practical Outrageousness
San Francisco Spring Fling, April 2002
Gesundheit! Institute (G!I) hosted a four-day series of events in San Francisco in April 2002. The events included a public performance by Patch Adams, a fundraising party for both G!I and Camp Winnarainbow (Wavy Gravy's performance arts camp for kids), a two-day conference, and a House Calls Day. Janet ("From Another Planet") Ryvlin organized the event with the super-duper events planners, Erika Pringsheim-Moore and Kristi Brakken. The conference offered 18 workshops that ranged in subject matter from Creative Approaches to Body Image Issues to Costume Therapy to The Transformational Power of Storytelling.
