Rob Scott
Rob Scott received his bachelors degree in Critical Pedagogy from Goddard College in 2001, and his masters in Environmental Science from the University of Illinois in 2005.
Rob escaped the world of compulsory education to join the School for Designing a Society as a student in 1998. Though a skilled complainer, Rob's life was changed by the School's challenges to "say what you want" and "make a proposal." In 2000, Rob co-founded the Urbana Permaculture Project, a non-profit organization dedicated to using ecological design for social change. He studied Permaculture with mIEKAL aND at Dreamtime Village and Peter Bane of Earthaven Ecovillage.
Rob is currently pursuing publication of his first book-length work: The Illinois Permaculture Handbook.
