Application Process for the Health Care Systems Design Intensive

Thank you for your interest in Gesundheit Institute's Health Care Design Intensive.  The Intensive for 2009 will take place from noon on February 2 to noon Feb 5 at the American Visionary Art Museum in Baltimore, Maryland.

There are two stages to the application process.

1) First, apply by responding to the questions at the bottom of the page. We will read your responses, and then let you know if your application is accepted.

2) Second, when your application is accepted, please make a $200 non-refundable deposit to reserve your spot in the intensive, or pay the full fee ($600 standard, $300 student/low-income).  The pre-conference on February 1 "Meet Patch Adams and the Gesundheit docs" is an additional $300.

Registration will be considered complete only when we have received your application responses and the deposit.

Deposits can be made either online via PayPal or by sending us a check. We accept checks written to "School for Designing a Society," mailed to the below address:
